Taoram provides cybersecurity services including penetration testing, software auditing, and compliance consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in individual service agreements signed between Taoram and the client.
3. Authorised Use
All security assessments and testing activities performed by Taoram are carried out exclusively under explicit written authorisation from the client. Taoram does not conduct any unauthorised testing. Misuse of our services or engagement in activities that violate applicable law is strictly prohibited.
4. Confidentiality
All findings, reports, and information exchanged during a security engagement are treated as strictly confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose engagement details to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, tools, and proprietary frameworks used by Taoram remain the intellectual property of Taoram. Deliverables produced for a client are owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Taoram's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our reports.
7. No Guarantee
Security assessments are conducted at a point in time and reflect the state of the systems assessed during that period. Taoram does not guarantee that assessed systems are free from all vulnerabilities, or that future changes will not introduce new risks.

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the site without notice.
9. Governing Law
